About Me
With over 30 years of experience in human resources, administration, operations, and teaching, I hold a Ph.D. from the University of Mysore, alongside a research course from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and an SAP R3 HR certification from Sapient College. My academic credentials are further enriched by a Management Development Program at XLRI Jamshedpur.
My Career
Throughout my career, I have been honored with several prestigious accolades, including the Leadership Award from the Times of India and the Asia Pacific HRM Congress’s 2016 HR Leadership Award. I’ve also been recognized as one of the 50 Most Influential Training and Development Professionals in India by CHRO Asia and World HRD Congress in 2015. Additionally, I was named among the Most Talented Global HR Leaders by the World HRD Congress in 2015, and received the 100 Most Talented Global HR Leaders Award the same year. Another significant recognition is the 7th HR Leadership Award, issued by the Employer Branding Awards in 2012.
